Despite the warmups there is plenty of snow out there. This is the time of year where packing it down all season pays off. Tracks are set for the weekend. Report any downed trees by filling out the form on our website. Learn more about the MacKenzie Trail here.

Lake Mitchell is entirely covered with about 1 1/2" of ice. Pretty soft feeling with a light snow covering, Spud just shoots right through without a sound. The West side of Lake Cadillac is mostly covered with a few pockets filled with diver ducks and mergansers. The whole East half of the lake is open starting at Cheryl's Landing. CONDITIONS:
Fair: 2-4″ expected this wknd with more snow likely next week. Trails have been panned once and base is hardening nicely, due to very cold temps yesterday. Roads have been plowed a lot, so those areas are quite thin. Trails are officially open Dec.1st for all hours of the day. Please ride conservatively as establishing this base is paramount to a long season!
